Thank you for joining the Pagan Writers Guild. I started this website for selfish reasons, I wanted a place to help me writer more, but with a pagan slant. I couldn't find a site that was already out there, so I made one myself. I thought that using Ning.com would make it where we could grow into something bigger than just a writing prompt site, but I'll save that for later.

I think I will be posting the Writing prompts in the groups section of the website. When you join a group, you'll get notices of the writing prompts that are available. Most of the time it will be pagan slanted, with an occasional mundane idea. I'm not sure what else I'll add, but you'll see the different ideas as I come up with them.

Also, using this format, will allow YOU, the users, to add to the site what you want to. So don't be afraid to add groups, forums, and whatever else you want! If you can't figure out how to add it, or it needs me to do it as the admin, then just let me know and I'll get it done!

This site is dedicated to the Goddess Brighid. She has called to me most of my adult life, and ALL of my pagan life. Being that she is the Goddess of Writing, Inspiration, and Poetry, I figured she was the best choice for the site.

I hope you'll enjoy being a part of the site, and will find the inspiration you need here.

i was thrilled to see a place that allows this....pagan and writing....hone my skills and get views from others on writing....I do have a blog....i just started...i have been writing for along time....just decided i would try to be even better....and so here i am ...MERRY MEET

It's funny, I just wrote about coming out the broom closet on my blog, LOL. I keep expecting a backlash but I guess most people who read my blog are already pagan. I love the idea of a pagan writers guild!

I joined not sure exactly what I am but I know that when u feel strongly compeled to do something you need to follow it and belive that all things are possible
